Portable Kayaks from Folbot Designed for Hunting & Fishing Sportsman

Folbot, manufacturer of foldable and portable kayaks paddled around the world, has expanded its portfolio to include models catering specifically to the hunting and fishing sportsman.

With more than 80 years of experience, Folbot’s renewed focus on kayaks for hunters and anglers was a move to appeal to the growing demands of the sport. Just in time for fowl hunting season, the new models—fitted with outriggers and camouflage—will allow hunters access to areas typically impassable, or too difficult to reach by car, foot or ATV.

Folbot’s portable, lightweight and maneuverable design disassembles down to a backpack duffle, making travel with gear and dogs to remote bogs and backwoods much less demanding.

Based on the successful “Edisto” kayak model, the “Sporting Life” Folbot kayak package features the Realtree Max-4 Camo Skin. The kayak is water repellent and UV/mildew resistant, and the wetlands pattern offers maximum coverage in any open terrain.

Folbot president Eric Thome adds, “We are thrilled to add the ‘Sporting Life’ model with Realtree Max-4 Camo to our portfolio of Folbot sporting kayaks. Now hunters and anglers can maneuver backwoods with ease and without the hassle of carrying a heavy boat.”

Available for pre-order, the “Sporting Life” Folbot foldable kayak model will start at $2,450 and include outrigger pontoons for stability, camouflage backpack duffle and mini deck, sit-on-top seat, floorboard deck, anchor, and Realtree Max- 4 Camo skin for coverage and protection.
